AI conversation data
The AI conversation at the top of the homepage stores messages so Jonathan can understand what visitors ask, improve the assistant, and follow up when someone asks him to.
Stored conversation data can include visitor messages, assistant replies, the selected starter prompt, page and session metadata, a generated summary, and contact details the visitor chooses to submit.
Non-lead conversations are retained for 180 days. Conversations linked to a follow-up request are kept until manually deleted or no longer needed.

Shared App Portal privacy and support
The Shared App Portal uses account, company workspace, billing, entitlement, and credit information to provide access to paid platform apps.
Account data can include sign-in identity, workspace membership, role, and selected workspace. The portal displays billing records as derived subscription, entitlement, invoice, payment, and credit-ledger state from Stripe.
Any future generated outputs will be covered by the app-specific policy published before any future app accepts customer content. Profile Picture Studio is currently a placeholder only.
